Fragrant Tea Olive

We planted 2 tea olives this spring and 1 last spring. The 2 this spring was doing great then recently we noticed alot of holes, brown leaves, some bark breaking off, and small amount of black mold looking stuff. I have researched about different species of pests but it seems there's a bit of all of them. Even small black ants have started coming around more. What is attacking my trees?
