I have 2 Victoria plumb trees. about 5 years old, one was covered in blossom but the other does not flower at all. we had a bumper crop off the one, while the other just seems to grow larger and larger. ay help on this please, as I don't know what to do. the trees are in different boarders, both south facing, same soil in both, and fed with phostregen , every 4 weeks.
