Winter Care For Celosia

We just moved into a new home two months ago and it appears there's quite a bit of celosia in the front landscaping. This is the first year for the plant at this house, which was planted by the previous owners. I have no experience with this plant, so I was wondering how to care for it this winter. The plants bloomed a beautiful dark magenta-red and golden yellow. The plants are at least hip high, but have now lost their color and the flower portion is starting to droop.

Do I need to cut it back at all? We live in St. Louis, MO which says we're in zone 6a (I hope that's correct).
