i was surprised by my night owl rose. I had though it died but a year later out of the clear blue sky it started growing. I moved it from where it had been since the it didn't get enough sun. The place I have it now it is beyond thriving. My problem and or question it why won't it bloom. There is all kinds of new growth but haven't gotten one bloom all summer

Answer #1 · Matt Heidke's Answer · Having freshly transplanted it, most of the plant's energy is going into establishing a solid root system. It should start blooming better next spring. I have seen Azaleas that have been in full bloom get transplanted and not bloom again for another year. As long as you are getting it the water it needs, some fertilizer, and the sunlight it loves, you should see some blooms in the next growing season.)
