Winter Care For Intenz Celosia

could you please tell me do we have to dig up the intenz celosia in the fall or can we let it stay in the ground during the winter.

Answer #1 · Maple Tree's Answer · Hi Deanna-The Intenz Celosia is considered an annual. This fast growing annual will normally live for one full growing season, needing replacement the following year. I have tried to overwinter them indoors in pots but they never did well in low light conditions and looked pretty sad by spring. They never developed the following year into a nice plant that bloomed the second year.
